Part 2 · Workflow

The workflow, step by step.

Everything from meeting your model to delivering the finished batch. Follow it on every batch. If we give you batch-specific instructions, those come first.

1 · Start with Ivana's folder

Get to know her first. Everything you need is one click away.
Start here Ivana · References, Music & Showcase Her real face, body shape and proportions from every angle, plus the approved music for your edits. Study the references until you know her by heart, then hit Next inside her folder to see a showcase of how the finished content should look. Open Ivana's folder

2 · Get variation ideas from Claude

Open Claude, upload the relevant base image, and ask for realistic, subtle ideas that fit the existing scene.
Analyze this image and give me 50 subtle background changes that do not contradict each other. Do not suggest weather changes, lighting changes, blur changes, or clutter. Keep every suggestion realistic and suitable for this exact scene. You may also suggest realistic outfit-color variations that match the environment.

3 · Update the prepared T2I prompt

Open a separate Claude chat, copy the prompt from the library, and use this template (swap in your own changes):
I'm using the text-to-image prompt below, but I want to make the following changes. Update the complete prompt and adjust all affected HEX codes when necessary. Do not change the camera angle, lighting, weather, model positioning, or any detail I have not mentioned. Changes: change her outfit and boots to dark blue; change her bag to white; use white wrought-iron railing instead of black; change the wall behind her to limestone block finish. Here is the original prompt: [paste the complete prepared prompt and HEX values]. Output only the edited prompt. Nothing else. No explanations. No extra text.

4 · Example: a 15-image batch

Use every prepared prompt 3 times, not one prompt 15 times. 5 prompts × 3 new images each = 15 images.
You get thisYou changeYou get
Prompt 1 / Base Image 12–3 subtle, compatible changes per version3 different images
Prompt 2 / Base Image 22–3 subtle, compatible changes per version3 different images

5 · Check in with us on Telegram

We're on this journey together, especially at the start.

As a start, meaning your first 3 training days, check in with us on Telegram about the images you create.

Send the checked images to the Telegram group, after you yourself have confirmed everything looks normal.

Part 3 · Standards

The Content Creation SOP.

Non-negotiable standards for every video you create. If you get stuck after trying the fixes, just ask. We'll figure it out together.

The nine rules

Follow every rule, on every video.
1

Face & facial expressions

  • The girl must look attractive at all costs. An ugly or unpleasant face at the start, middle, or end means the video will not be used.
  • Fake, ugly, or unpleasant expressions → disregard the video and apply the fixes.
  • Fix order: redo the video → redo the reference image → play with the Kling prompt → play with the TJP prompt → ask for help.
2

Colors & clothing

  • Dress and clothing colors must be realistic and match real life.
  • No random colors from Claude or other AI. AI is for inspiration or testing only. True colors are always best.
3

Glitches & AI artifacts

Non-negotiable
  • The most important part of the job. You are not allowed to hand over videos with glitches. It is a 100% necessity, no exceptions.
  • Watch every generated video from beginning to end, and double-check it at the end of your shift before it is edited and delivered.
  • Glitches include: random background objects, a handbag switching hands mid-video, unnatural expressions, eyes not generating correctly, or anything that looks off on a second look.
  • Editing is never a substitute for regenerating a broken video.
4

Backgrounds & environments

Non-negotiable
  • No random colored, shaped, or malformed: furniture, blocks, pathways, pavement, walls, paintings.
5

Outdoor scenes & lighting

  • Everything must look realistic and true. No random lettering, no off-looking colors, nothing that deflects from reality at all costs.
  • Outdoors, the sun must look real. No fake sun, no fake ashy weather. Keep the warm sun and warm vibe.
6

The model's body

  • The body is extremely important. Without it, the video is meaningless.
  • You've seen her references in Ivana's folder. The more familiar she feels, the better your results. Use the TJP prompts from your materials to get the body right.
  • Don't let the provided prompts limit you. If an idea has a high chance of working, test it.
7

Creativity & realism

  • Add a bit of yourself to every video, something realistic that matches the vibe.
  • If your finished videos look 99% like the next one, something is wrong. Every video should feel distinct.
  • When changing places and backgrounds, don't just change colors. Add reality: move the knife on the kitchen counter, scatter the leaves on the ground.
8

Review & feedback

  • Your reels are checked at the end of each day and you'll get feedback. We will guide you to grow, never negativity! We are here to help!
9

Your first 2 weeks

  • As stated in your contract: if at any point in the first 2 weeks you feel this isn't for you, just DM the team. No hard feelings, you're free to move on.
Part 4 · Video Creation

Now, let's bring her to life.

So far you've covered the image generation process and the standards. Now comes the video itself. This short tutorial shows you exactly how it's done. Watch it fully before moving on.

Part 5 · Prompt Library

Every base image, waiting for you to make it greater!

Two libraries live here. Pick the one you need and it opens in its own window, so you can keep it side by side with your work.

Both libraries are large files, so give them a few seconds to load the first time.
Part 6 · Checklist

The final handover checklist.

Final check: watch the video on your phone, where visual glitches are easier to notice.
